摘要
根据柯布-道格拉斯生产函数模型,利用计量分析工具和方法,对四川、浙江和全国1985～2003年经济发展的实证分析表明:四川与浙江、全国的经济差距在于四川经济发展过程中的固定资产投资与经济增长出现了偏离,四川大量投资并未带来相应的经济增长;对四川经济发展起巨大推动作用的民营经济却面临投入严重不足的困境.为促进四川经济发展,政府、金融证券机构等必须建立完善对民营企业融资的有效机制,为民营企业营建良好的发展环境.
Following the Cobb-Douglas production function model, this paper makes use of econometrics method to analyze the pertinent indexes of economic growth of Sichuan, Zhejiang and the nation in 1985 -2003. The results show that on the one hand, there was a disparity between investment and economic growth of Sichuan, which led to the economic gap among Sichuan, Zhejiang and the nation. A large amount of capital invested into Sichuan did not result in corresponding economic growth. On the other hand, the private economy that plays a greatly promoting role in the economic development of Sichuan faces a dilemma of insufficient investment. In order to promote the economic development of Sichuan, the government and financial and security institutions should set up and improve an effective financing system for private enterprises so as to create a good environment of their development.
