摘要
为了对雷达装备的规划保障资源能力做出合理可信的评估,针对一般线性评估模型评判等级的可区分性较低,评判结果置信度不高等问题,本文提出一种基于D-S证据理论的评估方法.通过示例验证,并与传统层次分析法进行对比,可知该方法可对雷达装备规划保障资源能力做出合理的评判,并具有较高的评判置信度.
To assess reasonably and believably the ability of radar equipment planning guarantee resources and to settle the problem that the generally linear assessed model has lower differentiation and confidence, a new method using D-S evidence theory was proposed. By way of giving typical examples and comparing with the hierarchy analytic approach of tradition, it shows that the model can make a reasonable judgment to the ability of radar equipment planning guaranteed resources.
