摘要 基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)在脑血管基底膜的降解中起着重要作用,在病理条件下可导致血脑屏障受损,促进神经炎症反应的发生和发展。组织金属蛋白酶抑制剂(TIMP)是调节MMP活性的内源性抑制剂。MMP与TIMP平衡关系的失调与急性脑血管病的继发性脑损伤有关。人为地调控MMP与TIMP之间的平衡,有可能成为脑血管病的一条新的治疗途径。 Matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) play an important part in degrading the basal lamina. They lead to disruption of the blood-brain barrier and contribute to the occurrence and development of neuroinflamrnatory response in pathological settings. Tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases (TIMPs) are endogenous inhibitors that regulate the activity of the MMPs. The disturbrace of the equilibration between MMPs and TIMPs is associated with the secondary brain injury after acute cerebrovascular diseases. Artificially regulating the equilibration between MMPs and TIMPs may become a new approach in the treatment of cerebrovascular diseases.
