The Role of Inflammation in Apotosis After Intracerebral Hemorrhage

摘要 脑出血后血肿周围区可发生继发性损伤。最近的研究表明,血肿周围区出血后神经细胞的死亡,其中炎症反应在脑出血后细胞凋亡中起着十分重要的作用,包括白细胞和小胶质细胞渗出、多种细胞因子的表达以及基质金属蛋白酶和凝血酶的释放。对脑出血后炎症反应的作用进行研究,有望找到新的脑出血治疗的切入点。 The secondary injuries may occur in the perihematoma region after intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH). Recent studies suggested cell death in the perihematoma region may involve apoptosis, in which inflammatory reaction may play an important role, including the infiltration of leukocytes and microglia, the expression of cytokines, as well as the release of matrix metalloproteinases and thrombin. The study of the role of inflammation may find a new approach for the treatment of ICH.
