摘要 近年来,神经影像学技术的发展使人们能更多地获得并理解缺血性卒中的病理学信息,尤其是在卒中早期能准确检出缺血和梗死组织。由于存在缺血半暗带的患者更有可能从治疗中获益,因此识别这些患者至关重要。文章对缺血性卒中的不同神经影像学技术,包括CT、MRI、数字减影血管造影、正电子发射体层摄影、单光子发射体层摄影、超声及图像融合技术的研究进展进行综述,并概述其在临床应用中的不同作用。 The development of neuroimaging technology has made us obtain and understand more pathologic information in ischemic stroke in recent years, especially ischemic and infarcted tissues can be detected accurately during early stroke, The identification of these patients is of importance because the patients with ischemic penumbra are more likely to benefit from the treatment. This article reviews the recent development in various neuroimaging techniques in ischemic stroke, including CT, MRI, digital subtraction angiography, positron emission tomography, single photon emission computerized tomography, ultrasound and image fusion technique and also overviews their different roles in clinical practice.
