摘要
为了更好地利用智能设备的资源,通过通信接口和通信协议的转换将其接入监控系统,分析了组网时各种网络结构之间的接口方式,对各种智能设备协议,RS232、RS422/RS485接口的接线方式,以及通信协议转换方式,常见的接口故障等问题进行了深入的研究。采用硬件及软件协议转换器实现通信协议的匹配,很方便地把多个智能设备接入一个监控主机。实际应用效果表明,该技术运行效率高,安全性好,确保了系统运行的准确性及其功能的实现。
Interface technology of intelligent equipment in the monitoring control system is discussed. Intelligent equipment can be taken into the monitoring control system by the communication interface and protocol transition. It is analyzed in detail on all kinds of network interfaces concerned, intelligent equipment protocols, connection methods for RS232, RS485/442 interfaces, communication protocol transition, etc. The hardware and software protocol interface can realize the match of different communication protocols and conveniently take several intelligent equipments to one main monitoring computer and be practised well.
