摘要
目的探讨中西医联合治疗早中期慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效。方法70例患者随机分为治疗组(40例)、对照组(30例),在对症治疗的基础上,治疗组口服中药汤剂及中药结肠透析,对照组予包醛氧化淀粉、尿毒清颗粒,观察两组患者用药前后临床症状以及肾功能、免疫功能、血液流变学和血脂水平的变化情况。结果治疗组的总有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的50.0%(P<0.01),且未发现明显不良反应。结论中西医联合治疗疗效高于对照组,能明显延缓肾功能衰竭进展。
Objective To discuss the therapeutic effectiveness of curing early-middle period chronic renal failure with traditional Chinese and western medicine uniting. Method Divide 70 patients into two groups at random, 40 patients treated with traditional Chinese and western medicine uniting, 30 patients treated with western medicine. On the basis of the treating to the ill, one group uses differentitation TCM syndrome of herbal preparation and colon dialyzing of traditional Chinese medicine, the other group uses Baoquan Yanghua Dianfen and Niaoduqing Granules. To observe the clinical symptom, the change of kidney function, immune function, blood theology and level of blood lipid of each group before and after using medicine. Results The effective rate of the traditional Chinese and westem medicine uniting is 90.0%, obviously higher than 50.0% of the westem medicine （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The therapeutic effectiveness of the traditional Chinese and western medicine uniting is higher than that of western medicine. It can delay the development of renal failure obviously.
