摘要
采用流行病学调查、毒物检测及微生物学检验等方法，对山羊猝死症的病因病性进行了系统研究。结果证明，本病是由病原菌所致。致病菌为革兰氏阳性杆菌和革兰氏阴性杆菌，经过对这两种菌进行了生化反应等生物学特性研究后，分别鉴定为凝结芽胞杆菌和肺炎克雷伯氏杆菌亚种。实验证明，这两种菌通过协同作用而使山羊发生猝死症。
By using epidelniological investigation,inspection of poison and microbiologicalexamination the etialogyand character of sudden death of goats were studied systemati-cally.The resiilts showed that the disease was caused by pathogenic bacteria.They werethe G+ bacillus and the G-bacillus.Based on the biological properties the G+ and G-bacillus、were appraised Bacillus coagulans and Klebsiella pneumoniae separately.Theycause the disease in goats in coordination.
