分析了供应链管理的架构与功能,阐述了企业经营管理中信息流、物流及资金流的关系,探讨了SCM中对资金流与物流管理进一步集成,以实现SCM系统对资金流与物流的全面管理的方法。
This paper analyses the structure and function of supply chain management, expounds the relationship of logistics, information flow and capital flow in business management of enterprises, probes into further unification of capital flow and information flow in SCM, and achieves the all-round management for them in SCM system.
