摘要
对两株伪狂犬病毒在4、28、37℃下进行血凝试验(HA)和血凝抑制试验(HI)。试验结果表明,伪狂犬病毒能够凝集小白鼠红血球,HA可被抗伪狂犬病毒的高免血清特异性抑制(1:64)。并不受温度的影响。因此,该方法是诊断伪犬病的一种快速、简便、易于推广的方法。
Bartha strain and E A strain of pseudorabies virus (PRV) were tested with hemagglutination (HA) and hemagglutination-inhibition (HI)by using erythrocytes of different mice strains at 4℃ 28℃and 37℃. The results showed PRV can agglutinate the erythrocytes of two strains of mice at all temperatures. PRV strains showed diverse agglutinabilities of erythrocytes from different strains of mice. And the agglutination was not affected by temperature. The results of HI showed the HA reaction was inhibited by certain antiserum of PRV.
