摘要
对湖北省17个地区中药材贮藏期昆虫群落的调查资料进行了统计分析,测定了它们的多样性(H')、均匀度(J')和丰富度(S)3个指标,并应用Mountford的相似性指数(I)对昆虫群落进行数量分类,从17个昆虫群落中分离出4个特殊群落;同时应用上述3个指标,对群落进行了系统聚类分析,将17个中药材贮藏期昆虫群落分为7个类型,比较了以上2种分类方法的优点。
The data about insects on the stored TCM materials in 17 regions of Hubei Province were analysed systematically and the diversity(H'), evenness(J'), and richness(S)of the communities were determined. Mountford's similarity index was used for the numerical classification, and 4 special communities were isolated from the 17 communities. Meanwhile, the 3 indices(H', J',S)of the communities were used for the systematic clustering analysis, and the 17 communities were divided into 7 groups. The advantages of the two methods were compared.
