摘要
采用鸭胚传代的方法，首次从陕西省关中地区ＥＤＳ－７６ＨＩ抗体阳性鸡群的卵巢和输卵管中分离到１株病毒，经血凝与血凝抑制试验、电镜现实、乙醚和氯仿的敏感性试验、核酸型鉴定试验及回归动物试验等，鉴定该分离物为ＥＤＳ－７６病毒。
One strain of virus was isolated from ovary and oviduct of laying chickenflocks which had postive EDS-76 HI antibody by means of innoculating duck embryochorioallantoic sac in Guanzhong Area of Shaanxi Province.The virtis was identified asEDS-76 virtis by HA and HI tests,the observation under electronic microscope,the sen-sitivity test to ether and chloroform,the identification test to nucleic acid type and chal-lenge test,which proved that the disease had been prevaling in shaanxi.
