摘要 脉冲强迫振荡测定技术是集脉冲强迫振荡原理和先进的计算机频谱分析技术于一体的新型仪器设备,是在静息呼吸下,测定不同脉冲上受检者呼吸阻抗的变化。此方法能够分别测定粘性阻力(R),弹性阻力(E)和惯性阻力(I)的变化,能区分大气道和小气道的阻力,患者不须做特殊呼吸动作,容易配合,操作方便,尤适用于老人和儿童。
