摘要
在讨论了中小企业在经济发展中的地位,以及制约其发展的融资困难问题中,提出了建立融资担保体系、改善中小企业融资结构、对民间资本开放金融领域建立民营银行等方面的若干措施,以期促进中小企业的发展。
In this paper, it was discussed about the status and financing restriction in the development of middle small corporation. So it was put forward some measures to set up the financing insure system, to improve the corporations＇ financing composition, to open the financing field for folk capital to build up the civil bank,etc. It was expected to expedite middle small corporation development.
