摘要
在肯定河北省高等教育在大众化进程中取得的成绩的同时,指出了其存在的教学经费投入不足,教学基础设施滞后;师资数量不足,队伍人心不稳;大学精神缺失等突出问题,并提出了相应的对策,以促进大众化进程中河北高等教育的健康发展。
Affirming the achievements in the course of the higher education popularization in Hebei, the paper points out such problems as inadequate educational funds, backward teaching facilities, insufficient teachers, unstable staff and deficient college spirit, then presents us some countermeasures to give an impulse to the healthy development of higher education popularization in Hebei province.
