摘要
对近年来哺乳动物受精机理及其体外受精的研究进展加以详细的概述，对精子获能及体外受精的适宜条件进行了探讨。
The paper reviewed the recent progress of in vitro fertilization (IVF) in the mechanism of sperm capacitation.The suitable conditions for IVF was also discussed.
