摘要 活髓牙漂白已经有100多年的历史,近10多年来发展尤为迅速,新技术、新产品不断出现。本文就目前常用的活髓牙漂白方法、效果、安全性和评价方法,以及活髓牙的着色、漂白机理作一综述。 Vital tooth bleaching has a history of more lhan 100 years. Over the past decade,the technology has grown dramatically. Lots of new methods and new malerials are available. The purpose of this article is to inlroduce the eurrent methods and effeets of vital tooth bleaching and how to evaluate the effeets. Mechanisms that cause deniat diseolorations,the eurrent theories of meehanisms and safely of vital tooth bleaching will also be discussed.
