摘要
研制了1种新型推挽式脉冲气流干燥机,该干燥机采用200℃热空气作为干燥介质,与传统的蒸汽加热空气干燥介质相比,干燥温度高,热效率提高1.5倍以上,送风系统采用推挽式,可节约能源,提高生产效率。
A new push-pull type pulse air-flow drying machine is developed.The drying agent of the drying machine is hot air of 200℃.The drying temperature is higher than one of the traditional drying agent that is hot air withvapor.The heat efficiency is also raised more than 1.5 times.The push-pull type system is selected in the machine, so the energy is saved and the productive efficiency is raised.
