摘要
中国共产党是中国工人阶级的先锋队，同时是中国人民和中华民族的先锋队，在推动学习型社会建设的进程中，中国共产党理应发挥其先锋模范作用。而作为中国共产党最基层组织的党支部也理应在其中发挥坚强堡垒作用，高校学生党支部在新形势下到底如何发挥自己的作用，本文结合实际作了一些不成熟的探讨，就教于各位专家及同仁。
Chinese Communist Party is the vanguard of working class and also of the Chinese people and the Chinese nation. In the course of driving learning society, the CCP should play its vanguard and exemplary role, and the party branch must also play its strong fort role. So, this thesis discusses how the undergraduates＇ party branch to play their role in new situation.
