摘要
试验建立了用不连续聚丙烯酰胺凝胶系统，分析辣椒种子蛋白、鉴定个体遗传差异的规程，可为种质亲缘关系分析，起源、分类研究与种子纯度鉴定提供依据。
The estabishment of the method PAGE used for the analysis of Gliadin in Capsicum annuum L.seed so as to indentitfy the genet ic patten is helpful to the study on relatives,origion,classification and purity of germplasm resources.This method is both convenient and well-repeated for the identification metioned above.
