摘要
目的:通过彩色多普勒超声心动图(简称CDFI)找出高原组和平原组肺心病病理变化的不同。方法:将肺心病患者根据海拔分高原组和平原组,采用CDFI对相关指标进行测量比较。结果:高原组肺动脉瓣a波消失、右室前壁增厚和左右肺动脉宽度出现频率显著高于平原组(P<0.01)。右室流出道增宽、室间隔增宽率高原组高于平原组(P<0.05)。平均肺动脉压也高于平原组(P<0.05)。结论:高原肺心病右心病变较平原组严重,可能与其有更重的低氧血症有关。
Objective:To find difference of cor pulmonale between plain and high altitude through color Doppler echocardiography. Methods: 59 patients were divided into two groups as following: the plain group and the high altitude groups the cardiac parameters of patients with cor pulmonale were measured by color Doppler echocardiography. Results: It was found that the pulmonary wall was incrassated; α wave of pulmonary valves on color Ech was disappeared and there were significant hypertrophy of right ventricle in high altitude group compared with that in plain group (P〈0. 05). Mean pulmonary pressure in high altitude group was higher than that in plain group (P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The pathologic changes of right ventricle of cor pulmonale at high altitude are more serious than those in lowland.
