摘要
报道了在无水氯化锌催化剂存在下,以3-乙氧基苯酚与邻苯二甲酸酐反应,制取3,6-二乙氧基荧烷的合成方法.采用柱层析分离与重结晶相结合的方法分离并提纯合成产物,可进一步提高产品纯度,产物经MP,IR,UV,1H-NMR,EA严格表征。
Synthesis of 3,6 biethoxy fluorane by the reaction of 3 ethoxyphenol with phthalic andydride in the presence of dehydrated zinc chloride as catalyst at 180 ℃ has been reported.The separation and purification of the synthetic product can be carried out with column chromatographic fractionation and recrystallization.The 3,6 biethoxy fluorane prepared in this procedure has characterized by MP,IR,UV,H NMR and element analysis.
