摘要
通过５年（１９９１～１９９５）的选育，育成了多产卵基础蚕品种ＧＥ多，该品种每蛾产卵数达到８００粒，比现行品种提高５０％以上，茧层率为２２％，达到了“八五”攻关的预期目标．同时育成了多产卵蚕品种Ｇ春蕾、Ｇ临珠、Ｇ临Ｂ珠３个新品系，可以作为现行品种春蕾。
The basic race breeding of rich egg laying variety is one of the national silkworm breeding programme in the eighth five year plan. The task of this programme is to breed a variety which could produce more than 800 eggs per moth and cocoon shell ratio exceeds 22 per cent. This article is a summary of the breeding work from 1991 to 1995. Four rich egg laying varieties GE, GCL, GLZ and GLBZ have been bred by the techniques of conventional breeding. The performance of their pure lines and hybrid is recorded and also the experience from this research work is discussed in this paper which could be adopted by breeding scientists.
