摘要
制备了ABS/St-MAH-NPMI二元合金,研究了制备条件对材料性能,尤其是热性能的影响;着重分析了加工温度在耐热改性中的关键作用。实验说明,添加25%的St-MAH-NPMI共聚物(SMN)可以使ABS的热变形温度从70℃提高到约86℃,同时材料的刚性增加,冲击性能略有下降。实验表明,制备流动性、耐热性优良的合金需要大于250℃的加工温度,是为了SMN树脂能充分熔融,与ABS树脂中苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物连续相能够良好混合。高温和强剪切条件下橡胶相的氧化分解以及连续相(苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物)摩尔质量下降是影响材料冲击性能的重要原因。
ABS/St-MAH-NPMI blend was prepared and the effects of the preparation condition on the property of the blend, espeeially on heat resistanee, were studied, putting stress on the effeet of proeessing temperature on heat resistant modifieation. Heat Distortion measurements indieated that the HDT temperature inereased from 70℃ to 86℃ when the content of SMN was 25 %, with an increase of rigidity and a little decrease of impact resistanee. It was found that extruding at temperature beyond 260℃resulted in good melting flow and heat-resistanee properties. Capillary rheology and DSC analysis indicated the effect of high temperature was to promote the melting of SMN and its thorough compounding with SAN, the eontinous phase of ABS. Mechanical property measurements showed high temperature and shearing would damage the impacting property of ABS, the reason was ascribed for the slightly erosslinking of rubber phase and degradating of eontinous phase in ABS.
