分析了40个芳香羧酸衍生物的驱避活性及其定量构效(QSAR)关系。结果显示,沸点参数B是影响化合物驱避活性的主要因素。化合物取代基的体积不应大于苯;取代基的分配系数(logP)应在3.
The repellency and QSAR of fourty aromatic carboxylic acid derivatives were analysed using Hansch′s method in the study. The results indicated that the repellency of a series of the compounds is significantly correlated with the boiling coefficient. The volume of substituent of the compounds should not be larger than a benzene, the most appropriate value of the partition coefficient (logP) is about 3.50.
