摘要
遵循“综合利用不同耗能原理或机制来设计新型耗能减震器”思想,研制了内藏X形软钢板铅复合耗能器,并对三种不同构造方式的软钢铅复合耗能器以及一种软钢组合耗能器进行了循环加载的对比试验,分析了这四种耗能器的工作性能与耗能性能,揭示了耗能机制。研究结果表明:内藏X 形软钢板铅复合耗能器具有初始刚度较大、极限承载力较高、变形能力与耗能性能良好的特点。因为这种耗能器造价低廉、构造简单、安装方便,有一定的应用价值。
In this paper, according to the idea of "New energy dissipator can make two or more elements work and dissipate energy in cooperation", the authors study and make combined dissipator with concealed x-type mild steel plate and lead(CDCXSPL). The comparative experiments about three kinds of CDCXSPLs and one kind of combined mild steel plate under cyclic loading are carried out. The working behaviors and dissipating behaviors are analyzed. Then, the mechanism of dissipating energy is studied. The experimental results show that CDCXSPL has many features with high initial stiffness, high utmost carrying capacity, favorable distortion capacity and working behavior, and higher dissipating behavior. At the same time, it is an effective device with simple construction, low cost, easy installation in structures. Its application prospect appears to highly promising in engineering.
