摘要
森林覆盖率的理论研究是制定林业发展规划和战略目标的重要依据．本文论述了国内外森林覆盖率研究现状及存在的问题，以便更好地推动这方面的研究工作。
The theoretical study of forest coverage is and important fundament to the median-term and long-term forest developing plan and strategy goal. In this paper, the review and problems existed in the theoretical study of forest coverage was dealed in the pape to promote this kind of work further.
