摘要
本文介绍了移相式准谐振变换器控制集成电路UC3875特点及应用场合,并就其组成全桥ZVS软开关3KWDC/DC变换器进行分析研究,给出了电路组成及实验波形。
This paper introduces the characteristics and application condition of phase-shift quasi-resonant converter control IC UC3875.The 3KW DC/DC converter of full-bridge ZVS softswitching consisted with it is analyzed and researched. The circuit and its experimental waves are given.
