Study of Broadband Backplane of Dense Fiber Array

摘要 为克服高密度光纤阵列背板制备的困难,从交换背板传统的Crossbar结构出发,采用了一种逐级寻径的方法来规划背板的结构,将其应用在背板的制备中;为此设计了一套制备机构以及工艺,极大地简化了制备过程。通过样板制备和测试的结果,证明了该方法的优越性。 The switching backplane of fiber array has a great prospect in large-scale multirack connection system as connecting equipments. In order to conquer the difficulties in producing the backplane of dense fiber array, starting from the traditional structure of Crossbar of switching backplane, an original method of programming the structure of backplane by gradual routing is adopted,and applied to the preparation of backplane. A set of outfit and the flow of producing are also proposed to predigest the process of producing. The advantage of this method is testified through the preparation of a sample backplane and its experimental results.
