摘要
以3,4-二甲氧基苯酚和哌啶-4-酮-3-甲酸甲酯盐酸盐为原料,通过分子间环加成反应和N-烷基化反应,合成了一种潜在的多巴胺D4受体配基3-(4-羟基苄基)-8,9-二甲氧基-1,2,3,4-四氢苯并吡喃[3,4-c]吡啶-5-酮,并用1HNMR、IR、ESI-MS对其进行了表征。
3- (4-Hydrobenzyl) -8,9-dimethoxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydrochromeno [ 3,4-c ] pyridin-5-one was prepared as a potential dopamine D4 receptor ligand from 3,4-dimethoxyphenol and methyl 4-oxo-3- piperidinecarboxylate hydrochloride by two-step reactions and structures of the products were confirmed by IR, ^1HNMR and ESI -MS spectra.
