摘要
分析了开关磁阻电机矩角特性的计算方法,在此基础上用有限元磁场计算出开关磁阻电机的磁化曲线族,根据这些数据仿真给定电流下的矩角特性,并分析了矩角特性曲线与电感变化率的关系。设计并制作了一台矩角特性测试平台,试验结果验证了仿真理论的正确性。最后分析了矩角特性在研究开关磁阻电机起动性能等方面的应用,从而指导开关磁阻电机的优化设计。
The approach for calculating the torque-angle characteristics of Switched Reluctance Motor (SRM) is analyzed in this paper. According to flux linkage versus current and rotor position characteristic which is obtained by Finite-element analysis, the torque-angle characteristic of determinate current is calculated. The relationship is gained between the torque-angle characteristic ard the rate of phase inductance change versus rotor position. A testing stand for the torque-angle characteristics of SRM has been designed and manufactured. The results of experiment verified that the simulation of the torque-angle characteristic was correct. Lastly the application of the torque-angle characteristic for starting-torque performance is discussed. It can be used to optimize the magnetic structure design of SRM.
