摘要
本研究对含砷氧化铜物料采用两段逆流硫酸浸取-铁(Ⅲ)和碳酸钙除砷-乙腈低温催化氢还原和歧化分解的处理工艺,有效地实现铜砷分离,减少砷的污染,回收其中的铜,并制得分散性好、粒径小于50μm的铜粉.
A novel process with two-stage surfuric acid counter flow digestion-ferric and calcium carbonate arsenic removal-low temperature catalytic hydrogen reduction and disproportionation of copper in acetonitrile solution was studied for arsenical cupric oxide in this work.In this process, arsenic was effectively separated, to minimize pollution to the environ ment, and copper was recovered in the form of well dispersed copper powders with an average particle size of 50 microns.
