摘要
本文提出的氨性催化氧化-氰化法处理含砷难浸金精矿新工艺,其特点是在氨性溶液中以Cu2+作催化剂,O2作氧化剂,在85℃及200kPa的操作压力下,将毒砂氧化,使其中的金游离出来,固液分离后再进行CILO氰化.对于含有砷锑汞碳的丹寨金精矿,其金品位为16.5~22g/t;金的氰化率可达80~87%.
In this paper, a new process, consisting of pressure oxidation in ammoniacal solution followed by cyanidation, was developed for treatment of arsenic refractory gold ores. In the process Cu2+ was used as catalytic agent and O2 gas as oxygenant in a ammoniacal solution at 85℃ and under 200 kPa operation pressure. Since gold was liberated from arsenopyrite in oxidization, the cyanidation process with CILO could be conducted in a great success. A gold percentage extraction of 80~87% as reached for Danzhai Mine gold concentrate containing As,Sb, Hg, C and 16~ 22 g/t Au.
