摘要
电厂除灰系统中柱塞泵的工作条件恶劣,非常容易发生泄漏。通过对柱塞泵正常工作和泄漏时声音信号的特征量的对比分析,设计了频域和时域相结合的方法检测故障,设计中利用功率谱、短时能量、自相关函数等特征量来判断柱塞泵工作状态,并提供了采用工程简化实现实时检测的方案。
The aim of this paper has been to introduce a realtime method to diagnose fault of axial piston pump system and to provide an engineering implementation based on time domain and frequency domain information of sound.Condition of the axial piston pump system is judged by power spectrum,short-time energy and self-correlation function.The algorithm is simplified to realize real-time detection,and it is proved sufficient.
