摘要
以自制中药姜白胃安胶囊治疗十二指肠溃疡４３例，雷尼替了治疗３７例作为对照。临床观察结果表明两组近期疗效相似，但治疗组治愈后半年和１年复发率明显低于对照组，对胃窦炎的有效率亦较对照组明显为高。动物实验证实姜白胃安胶囊对小鼠利血平诱发、大鼠醋酸性和幽门结扎性胃溃疡模型均有显著抗溃疡效应，其作用机理与抑制胃酸分泌、抑制幽门螺旋杆菌和保护胃粘膜作用有关。
patients with duodenal bulb ulcer were divided two groups. 43 patients were treated by Jiangbaiweian capsule as therapeutic group and other 37 patients by Ranitidine as control group. The results showed that the recent result of two groups was nearly the same,but the recurrence rate of therapeutic group was obviously lower than that of the control group after half and one year. Animal test indicated that the Jiangbaiweian capsule had markedly ulcer-preventive effect on various mice and rats gastric ulcer models which were induced by reserpine .pyloric ligation and so on. The acting rnechanisrn of jiangbaiweian capsule may be associated with the inhibiting gastric acid secrete,anti-helicobacter I3ylori, and protecting gastric mucosa.
