摘要
环境保护日益受到重视,在无取向硅钢片上采用水性丙烯酸树脂顺应了这种趋势。水性丙烯酸树脂采用甲基丙烯酸及其酯、丙烯酸及其酯、苯乙烯等单体,在溶液体系下聚合而成。讨论了单体组成配比、引发剂、链转移剂种类及用量、工艺条件等对树脂分子量、黏度、硬度和光泽等的影响。结果表明,合理选用单体、引发剂、链转移剂的品种和用量,将酸值控制在10~15mg/g(KOH),链转移剂为单体总量的1%~2%,反应温度为90~120℃,可制得品质优异的树脂。这种水性丙烯酸树脂在水中分散稳定,黏度适中,与氨基树脂相容性好;配制的涂层附着力优良、高光泽、高硬度,耐热变色,能满足硅钢片的防腐蚀、绝缘、耐高温处理等性能需求,并有利于环保。
A water-soluble acrylic resin applicable to non-oriented silicon steel sheet was prepared via solution polymerization of methacrylic acid and its ester. The influences of the monomer formulation, initiator, chain transition agent and loading, and reaction conditions on the molecular weight, hardness, luster, and viscosity of the resulting resin were investigated. As the results, it was feasible to prepare the water-soluble acrylic resin of excellent properties by properly controlling the formulation and the reaction conditions. It was suggested to keep the acid value of the solution to be 10~15 mg/g ( KOH ), the content of the chain transition agent to be 1%~2% (with respect to the mass of the monomer),and the reaction temperature to be 90~120 ℃. The resulting resin had strong cohesion, good luster and thermal resistance, and high hardness, and could be used as an environmentally acceptable resin for the non-oriented silicon steel sheet.
