摘要
溶胶凝胶(Solgel)法用于金属及合金表面制备保护涂层可明显提高材料在各种环境下的耐蚀性、抗高温氧化性、耐磨性等性能,从而扩大金属及其合金的应用范围。介绍了Solgel涂层的制备技术、涂覆工艺以及涂层热处理的一般原理及特点,总结了该技术制备保护涂层的应用现状及最新研究进展,讨论了制备单组分氧化物涂层如ZrO2涂层、SiO2涂层、CeO2涂层、Al2O3涂层、TiO2涂层,双组分氧化物涂层如ZrO2CeO2涂层、SiO2ZrO2涂层以及多组分氧化物涂层的制备方法及涂层对基体材料的保护作用,并对其保护机理进行了初步探讨。
A review was given on the progress of research on the protection coating prepared by sol-gel method. Thus the preparation and process of sol-gel method were introduced. The principle and characteristics of the heat treatment of the sol-gel coating were discussed, and the application status and development of the technology were summarized. The methods for the preparation of single oxide coating such as ZrO_2, SiO_2, CeO_2, Al_2O_3, and TiO_2, double oxide coating such as ZrO_2-CeO_2, SiO_2-ZrO_2, and multi-component oxide coating were discussed as well. Moreover, the protection mechanisms of the coatings were dealt with. It was pointed out that the sol-gel method used for the preparation of protection coating has obvious advantages in improving the chemical endurance of the substrate and preventing it from oxidation and corrosion.
