60例儿童Perthes病临床X线分析 被引量：2

摘要 分析60例儿童股骨头骨骺无菌坏死(Perthes病)的X线及临床表现。单侧48例,其中右侧36例。来自农村51例,城镇9例。主要临床表现:髋痛54例,膝酸痛21例,跛行27例。X线平片早期20例,其中初次摄片时7例阴性,5例仅表现为髋关节间隙增宽;中期23例;晚期17例。表明儿童Perthes病好发于右侧,男性多见,多来自低收入家庭。X线前后位平片及蛙氏位摄片可较好地显示骨性改变,尤其在中、晚期,但早期易漏诊,也无法直接显示关节软骨与关节周围软组织的改变及关节腔内是否有积液等表现。
