老年股骨颈骨折手术方法的选择 被引量：1

摘要 通过对142例老年股骨颈骨折的手术治疗(其中内固定术27例,人工股骨头置换术103例,全髋关节置换术12例),探讨老年股骨颈骨折手术方法的选择。结果表明,老年股骨颈骨折手术方法的选择,取决于患者的年龄及全身健康状况、骨折的类型、术前的生活状态和活动量、骨的质量等因素。认为术前综合考虑上述因素,进行科学的选择,3种手术方法均能取得良好的临床疗效。
