影响乳腺癌保乳手术疗效的相关因素分析 被引量：1

摘要 对38例导管内癌、Ⅰ期和部分Ⅱ期乳腺癌患者行保乳手术,分析影响手术疗效的相关因素。38例中位随访时间45个月。结果局部复发1例(2.6%),年龄36岁,补救术后的无转移率达100%,无远处转移及死亡患者。对保乳手术的满意率为94.8%。表明保乳术也适于中国乳腺癌患者,美容效果满意,但存在一定的局部复发率,对于年轻、粉刺型导管内癌的患者行保乳术时更应慎重。
