摘要
采用激光粒度分析仪对矿粉颗粒分布进行测试,利用SEM对矿粉水泥的水化产物的形貌进行观察,研究了该矿粉水泥水化的特征.结果表明:矿粉颗粒在0~12μm的分布应在80%~85%,小于30μm的矿粉颗粒含量不得低于95%,且矿粉的比表面积约在450m2/kg以上.对水泥水化试样的SEM分析显示:熟料矿物的水化产物发育正常,矿粉颗粒早期较少水化,水化产物结构较疏松.经28d水化后,大多数微小矿粉颗粒在碱性激化作用下已水化生成水化硅酸钙和水化铝酸钙,并在硫酸盐激发下进一步生成水化硫铝酸钙;所有的水化产物交织成一整体,结构致密;整个微观结构呈现少量水化产物'固结'大量矿粉颗粒的典型特征.
Testing the particles distribution of slag powder (SP) with laser particle analyzer, and observing the appearance of hydration products using scanning electron microscope (SEM), the author studied the hydration characteristics of SP cement. The results indicate that the particles of SP should reach 80%-85 %, distributing in range of 0- 12μm, the content of SP containing particle diameter less than 30μm shouldn't be under 95%, and the surface areas of SP are over 450 m^2/kg. SEM analyses of hydrating samples of SP cement showed that the hydration products of clinker minerals develop normally, however, the particles of SP are less hydrating at early period, and the structure of hydration products relatively loosen. After hydrating for 28-days, the most of fine SP particles have hydrated and formed C-S-H and C3AH6 at process of alkali stimulation, and further formed calcium sulphoaluminate hydrate during process of sulphate stimulation. All hydration products interlace to form a whole, and the structure turn dense. The whole of microstructure presents a representative characteristic that a few hydration products “concreted” a mass of particles of SP.
