摘要
以复杂产品概念设计为应用研究背景,论述了如何在Java环境下进行CBR(Case-Based Reasoning)工具的研究、设计与开发.CBR工具的设计面向通用复杂产品设计的原则,研究了工具系统整体架构设计、基于XML的案例库设计和基于XML的案例结构设计.整个系统充分利用Java语言适合分布式计算、面向对象的特性,建立网络计算环境和多级CBR推理机制进行更加细化推理.研究结果表明:所设计的工具软件,可使处于不同层次、不同阶段、分布在不同地点的概念设计活动实现及时协调和实时信息交互,最终达到缩短产品开发时间、提高产品设计质量的目的,同时该工具软件还可推广应用到其他复杂问题求解领域.
Introducing the research and development CBR (Case-Based Reasoning) tools by using Java language at the background of conceptual design of complex products. This CBR tools are designed for the design of universal complex products. This paper contains system architecture design, XML-based case liberary design and XML-hased case structure design. This system fully uses the Java advantage of object-orientation and distribution character. This CBR tools built the grid computation environment and multilevel CBR to perform more particular reasoning. Conceptual design activity was realized in timely cooperation of different levels, stages, locations, and real time exchange of information in process of conceptual design of complex products and also accomplished shortening the period of designing products and improving quality of product design. The tool can be used in other complex problem solving.
