摘要
采用ＭＴＴ比色分析法，对２１例ＡＩＤＰ病人及２１例健康对照者血浆ＩＬ－２活性进行了测定。结果表明ＡＩＤＰ者急性期ＩＬ－２活性明显高于健康对照者，随着病情的改善，ＡＩＤＰ组ＩＬ－２水平明显下降，与激素治疗组比较，换血治疗后ＩＬ－２活性降低的更明显，本文结果提示ＩＬ－２的增高可能在ＡＩＤＰ的疾病进展中起重要作用。
Abstract Serum levels of interleukin-2(IL-2) were measured in 21 patients with AIDP and 21 healthy control subjects. We found markedly increased serum levels of IL-2 in patients with AIDP in acute stage,compared with healthy control subjects.Increased Serum levels of IL-2 decreased in patients with recovery from the disease.Levels of IL-2 in.patients with blood exchange therapy were lower than that of corticosteroid therapy. These findings suggest that increased serum levels of IL-2 were probably play important role in pathogenesis of AIDP.
