摘要
目的从对植物疫病有拮抗作用的嗜线虫致病杆菌北京变种(X enorhabdus nem a toph ilus var.p ek ing ensis)CB 6菌株的发酵产物中分离纯化抗菌组分,并鉴定其结构。方法采用多种层析方法对其进行分离,并采用UV、IR、M S和NM R对其进行结构鉴定。结果分离到一个主要组分CB 6-1,并鉴定其结构为3,4-二氢-8-羟基苯并吡喃衍生物。结论主要抗菌组分CB 6-1与文献报道的X encoum ac in 1相同。
Objective To isolate and purify the active components from fermentation broth of Xenorhabdus nernatophilus var. pekingensis CB6 and identify their structures. Method The active components were isolated by macroporous resin column chromatography and other extraction process. The structure of main component was identified by UV, IR, MS and NMR spectra. Results The main component, CB6-1 was isolated and identified as a 3, 4 dihydro-8-hydroxy-1H-2-benzopyran-l-one (isocoumarin) derivative. Conclusion The main component, CB6-1 was designated as Xenocournacin 1.
