采用基准物质进行高频燃烧—红外吸收测定碳硫校准问题的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 本工作是采用基准物质进行高频燃烧—红外吸收法碳硫测定的校准。先以BaCO_3、CaCO_3、NaHCO_3、Na_2C0_3四种碳酸盐作为基准物来分别绘制碳的工作曲线,建立回归方程,经方差检验无显著差异,再选用碳酸钠(Na_2CO_3)溶液和碳酸钡(BaCO_3)固体作为基准物来校准碳,范围为0.0030%~4.50%。先以K_2SO_4、BaSO_4、MgSO_4、Na_2SO_4四种硫酸盐作为基准物来分别绘制硫的工作曲线,建立回归方程,经方差检验无显著差异,再选用硫酸钾(K_2SO_4)溶液作为基准物来校准硫,范围为0.0020%~0.100%。采用锡囊盛放微量的基准溶液,用纯铁和钨粒作加速剂,使基准物能在高频感应炉内达到高温并分解,用LECO公司CS-244碳硫分析仪进行分析测定。 The method of high-frequency combustion of fldulcal matter-Infra-red absorption Is used to calibration of C,S measurement In this paper. First of all.four kind of Carbonate-BaCO3.CaCO3.NaHCOs.Na2CO3 are acted as flduical matter and plotted out the working curve of carbon respectively,then founded to regression equation.through the use of variance Inspection.there Is no significance difference.again to choose sodium carbonate solution(NazCO3)and barlun carbonate solid(BaCO3)as fidulcal matter to calibrate C.its range is from 0.0030% to 4.50%. Secondly four kind of suIfate-K2SO4.BaSO4.MgSO4. NaSO4 are acted as fldulcal matter and plotted out the working curve of sulfur respectively.then founded to regression equation.through the use of variance Inspection,there is no significance difference.again to choose potassium sulfate(K2SO4)solutlon as fldulcal matter to calibrate S. Its range is from 0.0020% to 0.100%. Micro-basic solution is contained in tlnbag.pure iron and tungsten particle are used as accelerator,as a result.basic matter In high-frequency induction furnace can be reach to high temperature and decomposlted.final.assay determination proceeded in the CS-244 Car-bo-sulphur analyzer of LECO-company.
