摘要
提出了航空发动机涡轮叶片高温(90 0℃)下振动疲劳试验的一种新方法。该方法对叶片采用电感应加热法加热,振动载荷通过电磁振动台施加;解决了采用电感应加热法加热时的一系列问题,如涡轮叶片加温设备选型、感应圈制作、电磁振动台隔热冷却、夹具设计、高温振动应力测量以及电磁干扰使振动台难以控制;比较了2种叶片温度测量方法的优劣。
A new method of testing the vibration endurance for turbine blades at high temperature (900℃) is discussed. Electric induction heating and electromagnetic vibration desk are applied to heat the blades and exert vibration loads. A series of problems which might happen during the test have been solved, including selecting the heating equipment, preparing the electric induction ring, the insulation and cooling of the electromagnetic vibration desk, the chucking appliance design, the vibration stress measurements at high temperature and the controlling difficulties caused by magnetic interference. Two measuring methods are compared with examples.
