摘要
利用两相厌氧处理糖蜜的产酸相制取氢气技术引起世界的普遍关注.回顾了厌氧发酵生物制氢系统的工艺流程与设计、工程控制参数与发酵调控、产氢机理等许多技术问题.以厌氧污泥和好氧污泥为种泥;控制生产运行温度在35~38℃之间,pH值在4.0~6.0之间,水力停留时间4~6h.
The research of biological hydrogen production from molasses is reviewed. The merits,demerits and characteristics of kinds of biohydrogen - producing systems and many technique problexns on anaerobic fermentative biohydrogen- producing systems were discussed, focused on process and design, engineering control parameters and fermentation control, the methods of increasing hydrogen production and hydrogen - producing rate. The anerobic or aerobic activated sludge was inocubted in the biohydrogen reactor. The temperature of operation was 35 - 38℃pH was 4.0 - 6.0.
