摘要
针对锅炉汽包、压力容器等结构尺寸变化大的筒体,设计了一套适应筒体纵、环焊缝检测的X射线计算机实时成像系统。该系统采用了计算机控制被检测筒体的定位和移动、数字图像处理和光盘存储图像数据等先进技术,与传统X射线照相法相比,系统检测效率大为提高,灵敏度相当,成本显著降低,是一种具有良好实用价值的无损检测系统。
For shells like boiler, pressure vessel, etc. which have big changes of structure dimension, real time im age formation system of X rays by computer is designed fitting to testing longitudinal and annular welding seam of the shell. The system adopts advanced technologies such as controlling the placement and movement of the tested shell by computer, digital image processing, storage of image data with compact disc, etc. Compared with traditional X rays photographing, this system increases test efficiency, reduces cost of testing notably and has better sensitivity. It is a kind of non destructive test system with very good practical value.
