摘要
分析了厚板超标准长度削薄时各种成型缺陷产生的原因,根据经验与实践,总结了一套完整的厚板超标准长度的削薄方法,该方法经济高效,适用性强,应用效果较好。
A complete set of chipping technique is developed on the basis of current experience and practices, All reasons that caused various forming defects during chipping process of overgauged length of thick plate are analyzed. It is a high efficient, economic and high applicable method. It is apparently superior to the common mechanical cutting processing and application results can be achieved.
