摘要
应用模糊可靠性设计理论,研究了最苛刻耐压试验条件下超高压容器爆破强度的模糊可靠度.结果表明:①当取抗拉安全系数为2.50时,初始爆破强度的模糊可靠度Rb=0.9477951~0.915707.②当取抗拉安全系数为3.00时,初始爆破强度的模糊可靠度Rb=0.958979~0.921898.所得结论为压力容器的模糊可靠性设计从理论走向实用提供了参考依据.
By using the methods of fuzzy reliability design, it is quantitative analyzed that fuzzy reliability range of virgin static strength of ultrahigh pressure vessel during pressure test in the severest condition. The results show that: ①the fuzzy reliability range of virgin explosion strength is equal to Rb = 0. 9^4 77951-0.9^15 707 when safe factor equals to 2.50. ②the fuzzy reliability range of virgin explosion strength is equal to Rb =0.9^5 8979-0. 9^21 898 when safe factor equals to 3.00. The conclusion should be a reference for applying fuzzy reliability design to practice.
